Reaction Vessel

Chemical Reaction Vessel

Chemical Reaction Vessels is used in carrying out a wide variety of chemical reactions including condensation, polymerization, esterification etherification, hydrolysis, hydration, reduction, oxidation, hydrogenation etc. at pressures (Up to 30 Kg. / cm²) and at temperatures ranging -20°C to +250°C.

Ribbon Blender

Ribbon blenders are widely used for homogeneous mixing of dry granules & powders. The blender comprises a 'U' shaft with two sets of spiral ribbons, one inside the other. Inner and outer ribbons are perfectly arranged, that during rotation, the material reaches each corner of the trough and imparts radial & linear motion to the whole of the material to be mixed. Our range of ribbon blenders are based on a proven agitator construction that provides a triple mixing action ensuring fast, efficient blending.

Sigma Mixer

Sigma Mixer machine comprises of a double 'U' shaped container welded and machined together inside which rotates two 'Z' shaped sigma blades in opposite directions. The clearances between the walls and the container are kept to a minimum to ensure maximum efficiency in kneading and mixing. The shafts of the sigma blades are fitted in bearing blocks which are each provided with roller bearings, steel glands/teflon rubber seals for smooth and leakless operations. The kneader is mounted on a sturdy base frame fabricated out of ISMC sections and are free from vibrations. For cooling and heating jackets are provided.
  
These types of machines are available in M.S. And S.S. construction. The kneader can be tilted by means of a mechanical system or manually and for bigger models beyond 250 Kgs we provided hydraulic tilting.

Hydraulic tilting system is provided with complete power pack, electric motor, pressure valves, pipes, fittings, cylinders and hoses which makes the tilting mechanism quick, easy and simple to operate.

Plough Shear Mixer

Plough Shear Mixer Plough shear is also known as ploughshare mixer, plough mixer, and plow mixer consists of a cylindrical drum containing plough shaped mixing elements that are mounted on a horizontal shaft used for processing fragile material, grains, granulates, cement concrete material, powder and viscous products. Plough shear mixer is widely used in the mixture of chemical materials, pharmaceutics materials, feedstuff, pigment and especially in the mixture of fragile solid grain, the mixture also having better mixing effect for the materials which has a great difference in grain and density.
